SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kenosha

“Service was great. The cost saving features they have in the rooms make it less then desirable. Water doesn't make it barely over room temp in the sprinkle you get in the shower. Constantly fighting with light timers and motion sensors. But it is good for an overnight. Cleanliness of the room was ok.”

“The hotel is very nice, modern, clean, and safe. The staff makes this hotel. They are so nice and caring. I didn't give 5 stars, because as other guests mentioned, the water temperature in the showers seems to be an ongoing issue. Luke warm at best, and sometimes just cold.”

“My kids and I stayed here for spring break to visit the museums and check out the light house. But the manager was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was phenomenal. Location right by the interstate but very very clean. I like that a lot. Bright and vibrant. But mainly the cleanliness. And they had pool towels!! My kids enjoyed it here because the fool was at least 5 feet.”

“We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites in Kenosha, Wisconsin! The hotel was very clean, felt new, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered a continental breakfast, which was really convenient before heading out for the day. The location was perfect for our baseball tournament, only about 14 minutes away, and there were plenty of nearby places to grab lunch or dinner. There was also miniature golf right across from the hotel, which was a fun bonus for families. We noticed other guests relaxing by the fire pit in the evening and others enjoying the bar area, which gave the hotel a nice atmosphere. They also have a pool (we unfortunately didn’t have enough time to use it) and a workout gym that my teen boys really enjoyed. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely recommend it and plan to come back for future tournaments!”

“I am Marriott Bonvoy Member who needed to stay at the Springhill Suites in 10Dec -12Dec2025. The front desk was very accommodating with my early check-in. My room, and rest of hotel premises were extremely clean, which is what I expect from a Marriott facility. In addition, the entire hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen server) were extremely friendly and had great interpersonal skills. , I will definitely stay there again as needed”

“We had an outstanding weekend stay while shopping at the Kenosha outlets and attending concerts in Milwaukee. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Check-in was incredibly fast and effortless, setting the tone for an stress-free visit. The staff delivered exceptional customer service—professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Our suite was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully maintained, making it easy to relax after long days out. The breakfast exceeded expectations with fresh, high-quality options and a well-organized dining area. Every detail reflected strong management and pride in service. This hotel delivers comfort, efficiency, and consistency. We would absolutely stay here again.”
